Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Who we are
comma (쉼표) is operated by 송승현 (Seunghyeon Song), a registered sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 330-19-02385), based at 인천광역시 연수구 학나래로6번길 24, Incheon, South Korea. These Terms of Service govern your use of comma's website and layover tour services. By submitting a booking or trip request, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
comma arranges private, flight-timed sightseeing tours for passengers with a layover at Incheon International Airport (ICN). We offer three base tiers (5, 8, and 12 hours), each covering round-trip private transport and one included experience near the airport. Because every trip is personalized, the final price is the tier's base price plus a quote for your specific course, which we send you before you pay anything. Nothing is charged until you accept the final quote.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for confirming your own eligibility to leave the airport and re-enter Korean transit under your nationality's visa-free transit rules (or any other applicable entry requirement). comma is not a substitute for immigration advice, and we cannot guarantee entry.
- You must provide accurate flight information (airline, flight number, landing and departure times) so we can plan a safe itinerary. comma is not responsible for a missed connection caused by inaccurate information you provided.
- You must arrive at the agreed meeting point at the agreed time. If you are unreachable or do not appear within a reasonable window, the trip may be canceled without a refund.
- You are responsible for your own conduct, valuables, and compliance with local law while on tour.
4. Pricing and payment
Base prices are shown in Korean won (KRW) on our pricing page and are subject to change without notice for future bookings; the price confirmed in your quote is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely through Toss Payments (card) or bank transfer to comma's registered business account. comma does not store your full card details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details, including our on-time return guarantee.
6. Limitation of liability
comma is not liable for delays, denied entry, or missed flights caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to immigration decisions, airline schedule changes, natural disasters, or public safety incidents. Where comma is responsible for a missed connection due to our own scheduling error, our liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid for that trip and reasonable rebooking costs, as described in our on-time return guarantee.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
