Leaving the airport
Can I ask for a specific place I want to visit?
Each course is fixed, but you can ask for a specific extra stop — a particular restaurant or shop — when you book. If it realistically fits your layover, we'll quote adding it. Otherwise, pick whichever of the three courses is the closest match.
Do I need a Korean visa to leave the airport?
Many nationalities qualify for visa-free transit entry via Korea's TWOV program. We confirm your eligibility during booking based on your passport and itinerary — if you don't qualify, we won't charge you.
What's the minimum layover to do this?
Our tour packages are 4, 5, or 6 hours of touring — which needs roughly 7, 8, or 9 hours of total layover once you add immigration and security buffers. Under about 7 hours we'll usually advise you to stay at the gate — run your exact times through the safety check on the homepage to be sure.
What about my checked luggage?
On most connecting itineraries your checked bags are transferred automatically to your next flight, so you travel light. We'll confirm this for your specific routing when you book.
Is this accessible for wheelchairs or strollers?
Tell your planner about any mobility needs when you book — we'll route you toward stops with step-free access and can arrange a vehicle with extra space. Some older parts of Daeryong Market have uneven, narrow paths, so we'll flag that honestly rather than promise something we can't deliver.
Can I bring large or oversized luggage?
If your checked bags are interlined to your connecting flight, you'll only be carrying hand luggage — that's fine in any of our vehicles. If you're holding larger bags with you, mention it when booking so we send a vehicle with enough trunk space.
Can I bring a pet?
Small pets in an approved carrier are fine in the vehicle — tell your planner in advance so we can confirm. Note that pets usually aren't allowed inside restaurants or most indoor stops, so plan around outdoor time.
Timing & safety
What if my incoming flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and recalculate your escape window automatically. If a delay makes the trip unsafe, we cancel and refund you in full before you land.
How do you guarantee I make my flight?
Every route is planned backward from your departure with a built-in buffer for immigration and security. If we ever fail to get you back in time, we refund you fully and cover rebooking costs.
What happens if there's traffic?
Because we stay within Incheon — never Seoul — drives are short and predictable. Our drivers still monitor conditions live and leave with margin to spare — never at the last minute.
What happens if it rains?
The route still runs. Outdoor-only add-ons — Songdo's bike rental and boats, mainly — pause in heavy rain or wind, and we swap in an indoor alternative (Triple Street, the G-Tower observation deck) on the spot. Everything else in the base route continues as planned.
Can I head back to the airport early?
Yes, any time — just tell your driver. Since transport and pacing are already flexible, cutting a course short doesn't affect your fare or the on-time return guarantee.
What happens in a medical emergency or accident?
Call Korea's emergency line — 119 for medical/fire, 112 for police — first; your driver will help communicate with responders. Then message your planner through your trip page or call +82 10-4731-2953 so we can adjust your return timing and keep the airline and your emergency contact informed if needed.
Booking & payment
When am I charged?
We only confirm your booking after checking transit eligibility and your layover window. You aren't charged until we confirm your escape is safe and available.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled landing. Cancellations closer to landing are handled case by case, and weather or airline delays are always fully refundable.
Do you offer group or family rates?
We do. For groups of 5 or more travelers on the same itinerary, reach out via our contact page and we'll arrange a shared vehicle and group rate.
Do you accept foreign credit cards?
Yes — the base fare is charged in USD through Toss Payments, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Amex issued outside Korea. On-site spending (meals, activities) is Korean won, so bring some cash for smaller vendors that don't take foreign cards.
How well does my driver speak English?
Drivers handle everyday English — greetings, directions, basic ordering help — but they aren't professional interpreters and won't narrate the sights. For anything more complex, translation apps work well and most stops along our routes are used to tourists.
Can I add something specific, like a hanbok rental?
Yes — mention it when you book or message your planner at least 48 hours ahead so we have time to check with local vendors. Extras like this are quoted separately from your base fare before you're charged anything.
